Can't disable waiver rule in the association setup & options

So basically, in an association of two leagues, I want them each to retain their individual waiver wires, but no cross-league waiver wires. So I disabled the waiver rule in the association options, which overrides the league options, and then go back and add the regular 3-day waiver rule to each of the associated leagues separately. Only problem is that each time I set "waiver rule disabled" to the association, if I click away and go back, it changes to a 1-day waiver length. Would appreciate this getting resolved in a new patch. The only reason I have associations is for the end of year tournament between associated leagues, so I don't want them sharing a waiver wire where a lesser league can make claims on a better league's players.
