Player Unhappy But Morale Shows Normal

It says he's unhappy but if you look at the breakdown, it seems like he should be "Normal".

I suspect this is probably just a cumulative thing, where he's slightly below normal in a bunch of different categories but each of them on their own round up to normal but taken together, add up to being unhappy.
