Modding Caused Players To Be In Wrong Place

I modded an existing stadium:

TD Bank Ballpark from eriqjaffe:
https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...&postcount=401

I removed the home plate logo via Sketup and re-exported all the assets. I then replaced existing images with new advertisements. That's all I did for modding.

Now when I start a game, my custom camera looks fine except all the players are shifted. Any idea how I can fix this?

It seems like all of the cameras are screwed up. The default Wide camera looks like this:

When the play is going on, all the players disappear and you do not see the ball. I'm not sure what is happening here.

Did you check how the 3D grid looks on that park?

Thanks. I just did that and see that the grid is misaligned but I couldn't see how to edit it in OOTP. I'm guessing I need to do this in SketchUp?

I tried rotating in OOTP but that was not working and I'm not sure what clicking on the various squares in the grid was doing.

I did see the "auto" method where you click on first, home and third but that made everything shift to the left. Third base is like the pitcher's mound.

More playing around required...

Clicking and holding the mouse button while typing in "1" at home, "2" at first and "3" on third, then typing "4" should align your grid. You have to do that in OOTP. If that doesn't work, check your axis in the sketchup model and align that to home plate if its not. Then re-export and try the above process and see if that works.
