I need help I have downloaded 3 times ---I have tried unlicensing -- not a pro with files --- so need assistance.

this from my DESKTOP ..... my laptop plays the game

My game has been frozen for a week. I have no hope. Technical support ignores me. I purchased directly from OOTP. I am tempted to purchase it again on the AP store. But last year I bought it on the AP store and it was impossible to purchase the in-game currency. I couldn't improve my ball club!
