OOTP22 Doesn't Use New Extra-Innings Rule

I've had a few games go to extra innings and it seems like OOTP doesn't use the new rule where a man starts on second.

This is an optional setting. Depending on the league type you set up, you may need to select the option yourself.

Seems strange it's not on by default since it's the standard rule but thanks, I'll look for it.
