Graphics Get CHOPPY With Custom Field

The game was running very smoothly with the new stadiums. When we returned home to my expansion franchise's new custom field the graphics are very choppy and awkward.

Is this a modded stadium or one you created with the in-game stadium creator?

I get this but I think it's the usual memory leak the game has. Turn off you computer and restart game with the custom stadium. choppiness still there?
