Lightbulb BABIP fluctuation 15 years into Sim

Does anyone know what causes the BABIP to suddenly drop in 2033 in the screenshot attached? In my sims I try to keep it as close to modern baseball as possible, so I try to lock the sim to mimic 2019 stats and have each out year mimic the 2019 statistical output.

Additional Information:
All League Evolution is turned off
Stats AI- 2019 stats are selected, BABIP shows at .300, and the "automatically adjust league totals modifiers for accuracy" is unchecked. Homeruns are set to 6200 total, which is less then what was actually hit in 2019 but I think we intentional to avoid Homerun inflation.
