If it's an existing league then you either need to manually update each player or start a new game. There's a way under League settings - Players & Facegen to update the league.

I am desperate. I am having a heck of a time trying to install this facegen pack into OOTP22. Could somebody explain it. Thanks so much.

Simple way.
1. unzip the pack.
2. Make sure theres not a double folder after the unzip.
Copy or Cut and paste in the OOTP 22 data - FG_files folder overwriting the old one.

Hello, sorry to be PITA but my "Data" only has 2 folders in it, "Skins" and "Fonts". I see no facegen files there. In the "Default_ data" file there is a zipped photo file. So, do I put in in "Data" or "Default_data" and do I leave the individual files in a file (if so what name do I give the file) or do I copy the individual files out side of a folder. Thanks for you patience and help.

You actually drop the facegen files into the DATA > FG_FILES folder. When I first started with OOTP mods, it took me a minute to figure out where things go too.

Thank you so much for your reply. Attached is a screenshot of my Data folder and one of the FG file folder opened up. Does this look right? There has to be something wrong because the photos don't shop up right in the game. Thanks again.

It looks right as far as name listing, but it's kind of weird your .fg files appear to be associated with WinZip. You may want to undo that.

are they working? If they are, then I would say theres not need to change them. If they are not then you could try right clicking on one of them and changing what app opens them. mine is set to none by default.

Just thought I'd give a quick status update:

Perfect Team switched to using the historical database's IDs for its card database this year. Because I play a lot of perfect team, I'm catching a *lot* of guys with ID errors or low quality facegens. I've been working on getting guys fixed or updated since the beta period. Obviously, this is very much a "hunt and peck" style of working on fixes, but progress is still progress, I suppose.

I'm going to push a release out at the end of the week (April 9th or 10th) with all the improvements.

Do you take submissions, out of interest? I've made 100+ of my own over the past few weeks which I'd gladly share for the pack (which is amazing, by the way). Some are improvements on existing guys, but plenty are filling in gaps. Attached some examples, for reference.

I have an MLB league only, so I'm just looking for an update to OOTP's default.

Version 2.0 (Released April 10, 2021)

Download and extract the zip file from one of the links above
Delete or rename the existing fg_files folder in your OOTP install folder
Copy the downloaded fg_files folder into your OOTP install folder

Newly created leagues will have the facegens load automatically.
Older leagues will need to have player pictures updated in order for them to display: League Settings -> Players & Facegen -> Check all picture files of all teams and leagues
Perfect Team facegens will update when you download a new simulation

I appreciate all of your work on this. I've been going through and I'm finding a ton of errors with th ID related to guys named Bill. You have bil at the end where they are all Wil or a different name. just spot checking your latest versions and I see they still exist (at least the ones I've checked
