Batting controls during game

What I like about this game is that there are so many options to configure play.....I play human control for both teams but during the game, I only see the pitching controls for both teams,,,,I prefer to have the batter/offense control the action, so I can steal, hit and run, etc. Is there a flag or option for me to set so I can have the offense control the at-bat?
