Ootp 21 transfer

I have played the game for a couple years but never transferred over a previous version. If I want to transfer over my previous season which is currently in the offseason and I have the international prospects reveal for january 15 2021 will the players recently signed appear as available to sign in that class or will they just be assigned to the teams they are on when you open a new game for the 22 version? I do not play with historical transactions on.

Anything that happened on 21 will happen on 22. i dont think you would have real draft classes in 22 that you had for 21 even if you are in the actual year. Your international signings should be fine. (not sure if i made sense for that draft class thing)
