New All-in-One Historical Stadium Mod is up in the workshop!

Hey all,

I've been working with Garlon and was able to pick his brain and created V2 of the Historical stadium mod. It is on the Steam workshop right now.

For Non-Steam users, I have posted a ZIP file on mediafire here:

A couple of things:

- It's 3.5 GB (but worth it)

- When you create a new game in any historical season, the parks should be ready to play when you are. One issue I am seeing right now is that parks are not updating season to season as you would expect. I have raised this with Markus

- For most years where the parks resemble current versions, It is set to use the default, in-game parks. I have still included my versions from last year that I made, but you will need to load those manually if you want to use them.

How would I install this without Steam?

I put the ballparks folder into the game's folder, and changed the ballparks_era file in the database folder, but it does not load the 3D Models and actually crashes the game when I go to import it manually. Says something about a misc error.

I'm sure it's something simple but not entirely sure.

I must have deleted a folder I shouldn't have. After installing the newest patch, it worked without me having to do a thing.

I believe you subscribe, go into the game -> Steam workshop and your subscribed items should show there. Click on the one you want and there should be a few options. One being to install. Let me know

Silvam, you said that currently the parks do not change year to year in game? Can you let us know when that is fixed? Also i take it i have to put the Era-ballparks in the database folder for it to change year to year?

That's correct, about the era_ballparks. As for when it will be fixed, its out of my hands and up to Markus and team.

Apologies for my ignorance, but I only started playing last year. Couple of questions:

1. Um, what exactly is this? What's it do? I *love* your stadiums, so I'm confident this will be just as awesome. (Consider this my testimonial: "Silvam's stadiums are so cool, I immediately download his other stuff on principle!")

Before installing:

Make a backup of your era_ballparks.txt file in the \Out of the Park Baseball 22\data\database folder


- Subscribe and make sure to install in Workshop Central

Yes, I've read it. Could use a few more details, please. The folders of models go into the Models folder, while the .prk files go into the Ballparks folder itself, correct? (Seems like where they should go, at least.)


Is that all I need to do? Also, would it only work at the creation of a new game?
