Foreigner limit in Custom League

When setting up a custom league with multinational teams and regions,if I set up a foreigner limit,will buying players outside the teams' nations count as Foreign Players?

If a region is used, the nations in the region (if any) will determine it - anyone from outside those countries is foreign for the whole league, anyone from one of them is non-foreign for all teams in the league. Additionally, if any teams in the league are from outside the region (or nation, if region is off), players from the country that team is in are also counted as non-foreign for the whole league, e.g. if you create a league in Russia with the Former USSR as the region and add a single Canadian teams, Canadians will be non-foreign for the whole league.

Which countries are included in the ''Alps'' region ?? Switzerland-Austria? . Is Italy, Spain? Maybe Germany and France??

Is there a more clear list of info regarding maybe some regions that could be a potentially interpreted broadly ...

Going to try and answer my own Question . merely the Alps League?? Austria, Italy, and Slovena??

Yeah, that's it, the region was used to define the area for that league.

I think it would be a great feature if you could have more control over which nationalities are considered foreign. Would be great if you could chose which exact nationalities are considered foreign in a whole league, but also able to chose this for each single team.
