Logos in PT

Ok,

First time playing PT because I didn't get into it last year because I got the game in like January or so.... but I am trying to set my logos and they keep changing, and then will revert to a generic. Yes, I have set everything and then clicked submit team so that its sent to the server. The box is checked to NOT change logos but they still change.

What am I missing? For what I read is, that as soon as I set them, and hit submit team, they should stay or am I missing something?

Was having the same issue, what worked for me was going back to the OOTP Start Screen and logging out then logging back in. The same thing fixed line up and strategy resetting in PT Drafts for me.

Ok tried that. Went back to the start screen, clicked on logout, and then logged back in. Will find out in 26 mins lol.

Sadly, that did not fix it for me.

Based on discord conversations I've seen, there are several people having issues. I myself am battling with it on 2 of my 3 teams. I made a post in the bug reports forum, so between that and the discord conversations, devs are aware.

It is annoying, but at least it isn't game breaking...

They had this issue last year too and eventually fixed it. As you say, its annoying but not game breaking.

Mine kept resetting when I first uploaded it. What I did was change it to a png (instead of jpg) file since it had a transparent background and then made sure that I clicked the Update Team Pictures Now button before hitting OK.

That kept it for the last couple of days but I logged in this morning after being moved from the entry pool and it was set back to a default logo

I am still having my logo reset during tournaments almost all the time

. Anyone else still getting clobbered with gaudy default logos?

There is an item under the troubleshooting menu that says re-upload team graphics. Sometimes that will fix things… Though sometimes it doesn’t. The logo business is really black magic, when it works it’s great. When it doesn’t work it’s frustrating because you can’t figure out how to fix things. And then after a while sometimes it just magically fixes itself.

It's completely broken. It has been broken for three years. Inexcusable at this point.
