Turn off background simulation - default?

Am I missing the default setting to turn off the games playing in the background as I play out my own?

I know it's in the OPTIONS when you start each game but looking for the default setting to turn off background games.

If you change it before you play a fame, the setting should stick indefinitely.

Otherwise, I’m not sure I understand what you’re asking.

After selecting a game to play out, you will see an overview screen (Options & Preview). The middle, top section is headed General Game Options. Scroll down that list of options to the bottom of the list and you will see the toggle for controlling background simulation of the other games.

Think the problem was I watched a AAA game but didn't tick that box for that league.
