laptop
So.... play OOTP with a budget laptop so as you can imagine that the onboard graphics card is going to be quite mediocre so with these great graphics with 22 I was wondering, if i bought a new laptop with a better graphics card would the graphics look even better?

It would certainly help, but to make sure you don't raise your expectations too much, I would watch some videos on YouTube to see what the game looks like on various computers

Your current budget laptop might not even let you play a game out. My old one couldn't with 21. My current Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon 5600M graphics plays 'em just fine and the graphics look just fine, thank you.
