Can't play perfect team and draft team..

I can't load my pefrect team... im getting this message : "could not download PT league file! please try to restart ootp. If the error persists, please try in a few minutes, there is likely a temporary server outage."

Also when i want to play perfect draft i get this : "could not download PT Tournament file! please try to restart ootp. If the error persists, please try in a few minutes, there is likely a temporary server outage.
