One additional thing about minor leagues: Hi-A and Low-A leagues are associated with the wrong league history and default abbreviation. As was mentioned earlier in the thread, we're still waiting on the new official names of MiLB leagues but some of the league histories are associated with the wrong league.

For example, if you change the names and abbreviations to they will presumably be (for example, Hi-A Central to the Midwest League and Low-A Southeast to the Florida State League) it will display teams as being affiliated with the wrong league in the player hover menu (Lakeland shows as being in the Midwest League and West Michigan as being in the California League in 2019).

For some reason this doesn't affect their historical level affiliation in the full player profile (Lakeland is correctly listed as having been A+ and West Michigan as having been A).

From what I can gather, historical league name affiliations appear to be incorrectly associated in Hi-A and Low-A, but historical league level affiliations are correctly associated at those levels.

Also, I've noticed that in the league creation wizard, history index, and almanac, "Low-A Southeast" is listed below the rookie leagues instead of with the other low-A leagues.

- Richard Bleier and Starling Marte don't have stats for 2020 MIA

OAK:
- Jake Diekman's option comes with $750k buyout
- Trevor Rosenthal doesn't have stats for SD last year (I kinda think players who got traded last year don't have stats for their new team?)
- KA'AI Tom is on IL in the game but he has been recovered from the injury and playing ST games in the real world.
The buyouts, unfortunately are auto set by the game now, we have no way to set these accurately. It's on the list of improvements for the future.

A+ West is the Northwest League, but uses CAL history
A+ East is the Sally League, but uses CAR history
A+ Central is the Midwest League, but uses FSL history
A- West is the California League, but uses MID history
A- East is the Carolina League, but uses SAL history; and
A- Southeast is the Florida State League, but uses MID history

This creates a problem if you try to change the league names and abbreviations in anticipation of what they should be. For example, Lakeland will be shown as having been in the Midwest League for 2019 and West Michigan as having been in the California League when hovering over a player name in the roster screens. (If you open up the player page, however, it will correctly display Lakeland as being a A+ team in 2019 and WM as being an A team.)

Also "Low-A Southeast" appears below rookie leagues in the game creation wizard, the history index, and the almanac, if there's a way to fix that.
Yeah, the history with all these league changes is a mess, which unfortunately there is no great way to resolve. We did change the league abbreviations for the current leagues now though in the next build fwiw.

The WBC should be set for 2023 which is probably why because no team is in place for 2021.

I don't know if historical roster issues can go here, but Kerry Wood is nowhere to be found in 1999. He should either be on the DL or on the big league roster.

There may be a scheduling error then. I started a game with the WCB turned on and there were games to be played in 2021. It was not letting me continue to the next day.

Once I had a guy in my game (this is a few years back) who weighed 1300+ lbs. I let it stay like that, he ended up having a nice career. Glad to know OOTP considers ballplayers in all shapes and sizes

The new game looks incredible, guys.

A few option years things I noticed (not 100% certain you want this type of thing, sorry if this isn't the right place)
-Jose De Leon of the Reds was granted an additional option year by an arbiter, but the game has him out of options: https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2021/...nel-perez.html
-Same goes for Justin Williams on the Cardinals: https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2021/...-williams.html

KBO finances are a mess

Every team in the KBO starts off millions of dollars in the hole. Instead of me wasting time trying to tinker with that can that be fixed please? I wish I could tell you why the finances are screwed up but I have no idea.

At this point in the year the KBO teams have all basically spent their budget. It's not really like MLB where there are still some free agents to sign or teams hold money back for potential trades.

I just checked and it look like each is down around 200 to 700k, but most everyone still has money available for extensions so not really a catastrophic situation.

It should clear up pretty quickly as the season goes on and money starts coming in.

Joe Panik started 10 games at SS and 8 games at 3B last year. He wasn't great at either of the positions, but his defensive ratings won't make him that great with a bit of experience anyway.

Logan Warmoth has played 7 games in LF, 8 games in RF and 1 game in CF this spring. He's at least deserving of a boost in his OF arm to make him playable in the OF

Trevor Schwecke played all around the infield in his first pro season with Vancouver in 2019

I don't know if this was an intentional decision for this year, but there are several president of baseball ops guys who were listed as free agent GMs in previous games that aren't there in 22 anymore (Dombrowski, Beane, etc.). Chaim Bloom, Farhan Zaidi, and others are still in 22 as free agent GMs though, so I figured it was worth pointing out the inconsistency.

Why is in MLB game Orioles team record in 2020 in team history index 40-20? It's should be 25-35.

Is this proper nationality or he should be american?

The Orioles record has already been fixed, it'll be in the first patch. Same for Sherman's nationality.

Not really an error, but something that needs to be done.

Minnesota bench coach Mike Bell has passed away.
