"Show Ratings > Max" Setting

Just wanted to see what other people prefer this setting to be, whether they would choose "No, cut off" or "YES" (show ratings above max). What do you prefer?

Also, as a side question, if the setting is set to "No, cut off" does that still allow a player to have a rating above max even though it is essentially hidden due to the cutoff?

I always choose to show ratings above the max, but "no" doesn't affect the ratings "under the hood".
