Loyalty reward question

Although I've played all three previous versions, I mislaid my PT19 username and so created a new one which I used for 20 & 21. I am assuming that the loyalty rewards are based on the PT username, not the OOTP username, which I have not changed

Am I correct in guessing that my team(s?) will not get the diamond pack for PT 19?
