Yes it's fantastic, I turn off the crown animations and put FPS to 60 and it's smooth as silk.

I also like the CF close camera for pitching like a RL broadcast. Love the way it follows the play with all the different angles this year.

I tried turning off the crowd animations and lowering the frame rate and mine is so choppy that it's unusable. I have a 27" iMac.

For the first time I'm waiting for Steam as I want the ease of the steam workshop.

With that said, how about a screenshot or two in a thread discussing 3d?

It's always a good idea to restart your system if you haven't recently as sometimes that can help.

Beyond that, sometimes there can just be a specific program or setting on your system that's interfering or causing issues.

If you can't get things working well after experimenting a bit, please feel free to open a support ticket with an email to support@ootpdevelopments.com so the support team can try to help you figure out what might be happening.

Not sure... I have an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super video card. What are your video specs?

I didn’t have the most recent software update installed so I’m updating that now. In fact I was on Mac OS10 and OS11 is out now. I’ll see what happens.

Tiny but important detail in this version: it remains on the CF close angle for a split second after the batter makes contact. It's very brief, but long enough for you to get an idea of where the ball is going before the angle switches. There might have been a way to do this in 21, not sure? But I never figured it out and it's primarily the reason I didn't use "CF close" that much. But it works this way out of the box in 22, a good thing.

Dynamic camera is not perfect but a good first attempt at this feature.
Coupled with CF close, it gives it a TV feel if that's what you want.

Yeah, that was a requested feature from last year, and that split second definitely helps set the play.

I'm still undecided whether I prefer the HP view for the pitch or the CF Close cam. Or just the traditional wide shot. Depends on my mood

It definitely depends on mood. Sit in the stands? Watch from the press box? Watch from the dugout? Now this year I feel like "watch a TV broadcast" is a viable option as well.

Love this. I use CF Close for Pitching view, had a ball hit straight back over the pitchers head and it made me blink, thought it was going to hit me.

I have exactly the same problem with the same type of iMac. The 3D is not useable.

Crowd animations off and FPS to 60. I must be blind. I can't figure out how to do either!!

Has anybody else experienced "holes" in the stadiums where the day/evening/night show through? Not sure if it's a bug but if it is I can report it. Also, the backgrounds for generic major/minor league and construction kit parks disappear when it goes to evening and night. But seriously, other than that, the 3D is looking great!
