What is the difference between available and on the block.

On the block means you are actively fishing the player for a trade, available means you will trade him if the price is right.

IMO:
I have found that if they are on the block, the AI will take less to get them off their hands. Maybe it is a bad contract or 'tude, where as available they still want more. |
