Even 30 years later, it's hard to imagine outdoor hockey in the desert of Nevada with these conditions at game time:

Was this the disaster for the league I thought it was? The league showed their Chutzpah with this move and no fans there. Next year, when the fans come back, I can see them trying again in LA/Anaheim or Pheonix before the Knights get another go.
Did the second game have similar issues? |
