Church's Bottom of the 9th YouTube Let's Play ...

I am not sure if this is the right forum for this so if it's not please let me know ...

For a while now I have wanted to do a YouTube let's play of OOTP and I am pleased to announce my first attempt at this is up for your viewing pleasure.

Church's Bottom of the 9th is doing a Let's play of the Minnesota Twins franchise starting in 2020 with the 60 game season selected. Episode 1 us up and running. I am looking to do a video a week and will play a few weeks, play a few games and basically have a good time with this experiment. If you're interested, stop by and check it out.

Well done with the video. I like how you connect OOTP with players that you have familiarity with in RL. Using your personal AJ Puk and Iowa connection makes the game more enjoyable.

I like running historical sims from the 1980s, and there is a borderline MLB catcher who is a local celeb in my area that I always feel the need to cheer for. These days, he trains youth ball players and his wife and sons are just the nicest folks.

Thanks for the comments and the view RainDelay ... I appreciate it. I agree with you about having a personal connection to the game or the team you support. Funny thing about baseball players as compared to other major sports, the seem much more approachable and more down to earth. Like that.

A 6-3 start works. Funny to hear you referencing your grandma's fielding abilities in the play-by-play. Sounds like my frustration when cheering my OOTP team and hopefully she will not take offense when she starts following your YouTube exploits...
