Hey Admins --

To celebrate my 1,000 point Immaculate Inning Achievement, I bought a pack of cards with the found money.

When I clicked on the pack to open the cards, the game crashed. Now I have 1,000 less points and no pack of cards.

I have a missing transaction also:

At 8:07 AM on 6/21 I bid 4508 PP on Lucas Giolito. It's in my transaction history.
I did not get the card or the PP refunded.
The card is not in my Inactives.
I have re-downloaded data, exited/re-entered OOP.
The auction isn't still going, because no Giolito cards have any bids.
It's not in my bid history. (There is an entry for Giolito but that was a different auction. There should be two Giolitos.)
I'm still on 21.3.48, haven't updated to the latest yet.

Some major players are gone. This includes Kiner, Tenace and many more.
There are only two on my reserve roster now.

Hi, my team is the 56G Empires. For some reason, about 10 minutes ago I lost 4 of my players. Max Scherzer 100, Aroldis Chapman, Alex Bregman and Roberto Osuna. I went to Manage Players and they weren't there. They were just substituted with dashes and 1s as the ratings. The placeeholder for them was there. 3B, RP, SP, CL. I'm in Bronze 207 (was just promoted to that). Season starts in 52 minutes and I am missing four of my major players. I have started and restarted the the game and Perfect Team. No change. I have no idea what to do about this. I'll wait to hear from you .To reiterate: I've already done all the suggested things from this forum. Tried multiple times.

Please try this, go to The PT Home screen, Profile & Settings tab, there in the "Troubleshooting" menu use the "Reset Caches" and restart the game.

I had a duplicate 88 Evan Longoria in for sale in the AH today. It didn't sell but I can't find it anywhere in my collection. I have tried to click and un-click every setting but in roster manager but only see one Longoria (and no duplicates). Am I missing something obvious?

Started with 16k points. Quick sold 3 gold cards for 3k more. Purchased a 10k Diamond pack and opened it. Got a gold card with the diamond card and sold the gold for 1k to give me another 10k, and purchased another diamond pack. also purchased Scott Ericson off the market for 1900. Went into the roster Management and started to organize my team. It locked up and was unable to do anything in-game. So closed the program. Re Started OOTP 21 and had only 900 coin no diamond packs no players from the opened diamond packs(Dont remember the names I got) And no Scott Ericson anywhere. This is the list of transactions, but have nothing to show for it now. I did restart a couple times just to make sure. But no change.

Bah, Ok after all that I went back to read other posts and found them in my Manage Cards = Collection as inactive. Fixed it by reading..

I opened several diamond packs over the past 2 days and 1 of the cards was a 95 Troy Percival, part of the Shoeless Joe Jackson collection. As I always do after opening several packs I quick-sell everything not tied down. I check the hide check active cards, tag all displayed cards, uncheck all the cards I don't want to sell and then quick-sell all tagged cards. I triple checked that card was unchecked before I quick sold the others knowing the value of the card. I've attached proof of the card.

I'm guessing that you had all the cards tagged when you checked the price, and that you did so by hitting the auction tab to see the L7, then cancelling?

Nope. I wasn't using the auction house. I was just quick-selling everything that wasn't in my starting lineup except for that card. I selected check all and unchecked that card to sell everything else. It sold it anyway. I specifically made sure that card was unchecked to sell. To stick the knife in deeper, I pulled another card from the Shoeless set today.
