14 year contracts should happen, or failing that: 1 to 3 years past the maximum 10 allowed in game.

i agree. there shouldn't be a limit on how long contracts run in the game. though in real life - almost all of the those 10 year contracts have been albatrosses for the last few years of their life span. Bobby Bonilla may be the worst ... but .... anyway. in the game, it would be a nice touch to make a few of those and see,

to that end, how about the ability to defer portions of the salary to future years?
