Size and clarity of attachments
I use Microsoft Word to create my "newsletter" that I post for my dynasty on the OOTP Dynasty Reports on the OOTP baseball 21 Sub-forum. After I have finished my newsletter, I normally put the zoom level in Word to 70% or 80%. Then I convert the document to a PNG file. This is what I post on the forum as an attachment.
Sometimes I think the image of the newsletter is too big. Should I just leave the zoom level as is (70% or 80%) or make it smaller? Or, maybe I should just leave the zoom level of Word at 100%!! Also, is there a better way to post these attachments? I feel my attachments are sometimes too fuzzy. I see some other posts for different dynasties that are crystal clear. I use Microsoft Paint for pictures that I post. There is probably a better program re-size pictures etc. Thanks for any suggestions.

You can convert Word documents to PDF format. I don't use Word but try 'file/export as'. Then people can zoom as needed and printouts should be clear. There are free alternatives to MS Paint that are much better. GIMP or Paint.Net.
