Where is the Historical Photo Pack?

I can see where photos can be added to the photo pack, but I can't seem to find where the historical photo pack is available for download. Any help would be appreciated. I'm wanting to start a new historical league.

tnfoto has a site that is up to date thru 2017 I believe. Not sure where to find anything more up to date. You may have to fill in as needed. Here's the link: https://sites.google.com/site/tnfotobbpics/home
