3D Face Gen

Does anyone know where to set the default camera angle and zoom on pictures? I can not find it on a league-wide setting.

Without verifying I believe its in the Setting menu on the opening screen of the game (bottom left). I think you can also get there from within the league in one of the menus in the upper left of the screen under File>Settings then under the 3d & Facegen tab about 2/3 down that window.
