Ootp21 on Mac-where do photos go?

I downloaded ootp21 on Mac
I also grabbed player photos packs from somewhere
Which specific directory & folder am I to put the photos in?
I’m a pc guy, and have no idea where the photos so there work when I start game
And are there specific setting? I see face gen, baseball cards, look for photos.

I’m just lost

/Users/<<your user name>>/Library/Containers/com.ootpdevelopments.ootp21macqlm/Data/Library/Application Support/Out of the Park Developments/OOTP Baseball 21 where <<your user name>> is whatever your account name is.

You'll need to hold down the option keuy while pulling down the Go menu, and you'll see Library on the list. DON'T use the Library that's at the top levl of your drive with System, Application, and Users. You'll see all the customizable data folders laid out there. I highly recommend dragging the OOTP Baseball 21 folder onto your dock—saves buttloads of typing and clicking over time.

Sorry if it sounds like I'm talking down, but I don't know your experience level.

Which folder do I put the pics into?
On the pc, it used to be in news/html/pics (something like that)

On PC it is Photos. That is where you should save everything at because every new game it will pull from there and then it saves them under person_pictures and profile_pictures under the saved games folder when the game save is created.

where do the go?
I have names listed under cities
no team nicknames

I've tried putting png files in many different spots
the file names i save them as are
teamname_.png

based on where I've been saving the files, either no logo shows up or the ootp21 logo shows up

Logos go in the logos folder, which is located in the same folder as the photos folder. All your customizable data goes there.

Naming format is city_team.png for the game to automatically see them. After team, you can also optionally add years the logo was in effect and colors for the team. Same naming conventions for jerseys and ballcaps. Check out the MOD's part of the forum. There's scads of good advice there, and tons of great content.
