bailey Hall Of Famer Join Date: Jun 2005 Posts: 3,315	Useless Game 163 In a normal 30 team league, if two teams tie for a wild card spot, no extra game if played to break the tie. However, in leagues where there is no one and done wild card game, a game 163 is played even when both teams qualify anyway regardless of the result of game 163. Examples of leagues where this useless game is played include the show case Perfect League where burning pitchers is particularly devastating and leagues with less than 30 teams and only 8 teams qualifying. I hope some more attention is paid to this detail in future versions of the game.
