Any ways to change minimum fielders?

Is there anyway to change settings for a game file so that I can force teams to use less than 8 fielders (pitcher excluded)? I was hoping to be able to alter a league so that there would be less players per team needed, like if you play sandlot baseball, you might only have 6 fielders and you just have to overshift to try to compensate.

I love the creativity though. I've been wanting to do things like change the FaceGen settings and have a better tool for creating ballparks
