Why doesn't "run re-scout" work?
Not sure what Run Re-scout on OSA & Scout ratings actually does. I'm on April 22nd in game, and have run about a dozen re-scouts. I have added "scouting date" to my amateur draft pool. 0 OSA updates since April 10th and if I check a team's scout, he's running at a clip of about 20 per day, which seems like it would have happened whether or not I hit the run re-scout button.
So, what does run re-scout actually accomplish? And, what can I actually do to update ratings to meet current day in-game?
