Trade feedback not available in multiplayer

When running the game in local/multipayer, trades can only be set up by the 'commissioner' player - which is fine. However, I notice that the new trade feedback does not get shown when you are trading between teams that have 'human' managers. Is this an oversight? or was it intended?

I really like this feature to get a good handle on how balanced a trade is, but it only shows up if you are trading between AI-controlled teams.

I'll check, it may be coded to only provide feedback with an AI team, but I don't think it'll hurt anything to do it all the time.
