Quick Sim and Line selection

1: If I pick 'quick', can I not go back to watching at normal speed or even 'sim end'? Both of those options are greyed-out. And why is there no movement when picking 'quick' sim?

2: I am no longer to select lines for face-offs anymore? Has this feature been removed?

I think you have to click "quick" again to stop the action, then the "play" option becomes available again.

Hitting quick again did nothing; I too can not get back to being able to watch 2D once I go to quick for a bit....

From the in-game manual, "2D game view" page...."Press once to enable mode, once more to start advancing, and once to turn it off".
In my earlier post I didn't describe the sequence very clearly I think.
