German baseball pro-rel

I have created a 4-league pro-rel system for Germany. Each league has 2 sub-leagues of 3 divisions which have 10 teams each. What would be the optimal number of teams to promote or relegate from each league? Furthermore, would you use the total number of teams, per sub-league, or per division in regards to promotion/relegation?

It really all depends on how you want your league to run and that's up to you.

If it were me, I'd just do one or two per subleague. You don't want too much turnover from year to year
