The link to "How to FTP files to OOTP Developments " doesn't work.

There is no trading among AI teams.

As for the second part, you'd have to elaborate more as to your setup. If you're only a couple months into a season, then teams won't always do a lot of deals. If this is longer, then there may be an option you have in the game that's preventing that.
