My PT Team is totally gone!

My entire PT Team has gone poof! I have tried to load again and again. Deleted and reinstalled with no success. When I logon all I see are players named Jim_Unknown. I had just won PT World Series on (Iron)160. Client crashed many times before with all the players named Jim_Unknown.

I cannot get any backup Team file to load and if I do get one it is all these Unknown players.

When I load it comes up with an error "Cannot Find Your Team!"

How do I get my Team Back? I used a Paid Uninstaller to uninstall and now have NO Team File to load!

My Team Name is : Tennessee Rednecks. My Ballpark is named "The Mud Pit". Hoping I can get a server backup file because I have no backups on my puter!

EDITED: I joined a random tournament and saw every card that I own. But when I load from main screen into Perfect Team it still comes up with "cannot find team"???

Nothing is actually stored on the client, so you won't have actually lost anything. What it sounds like is happening is your downloaded league files keep getting corrupted. There are a few different reasons that could happen but we'd need to go into some deeper troubleshooting with you to figure out what might be going on.

Please go ahead and fill out a support ticket so the tech support guys can do that troubleshooting with you.
