I can not start any type of game for example if I trie to start a new standard game it starts to load after pressing the button and naming the game it then an error happens that says Invalid Database Version. The same error happens immediately if I trie to start a new custom game. And when I trie to start a new historical game it start to load then the whole game crashes and the same happens when I trie to start a historical challange. What is wrong?. I bought the game through Steam yesterday

That sounds like the game isn't able to write to the disk to create a new game. That's usually a problem with Windows User Account Control. Try closing the game and the Steam client, then right-click on the Steam client's shortcut and choose "Run as administrator." Then start the game normally. That should give the game the access it needs.

It may not have installed correctly - go to your Steam library, right-click on FHM7 and select Properties, then Local Files, and click on "Verify Integrity of Steam Files." That will check all the files in the game, and if anything is missing or corrupted, re-download a working version.
