New Draft League Opening SOON

I am starting a new 2003 draft league After all the teams are filled we will have a intial draft using rocco's allstar rosters. The draft will be 25 rounds of GM picks and 25 rounds of computer picks. I plan to start with all 30 teams. All team will start with an even playing field, the following setting will be set for each team.

Market size = Good
Fan Loyalty = Good
Fan Interst = 65
Local TV = 20 million
Nat TV = 15 million
Merch Rev 10 million
TV contracts will be set for 2 years

After we fill the league I would like owners to vote on if we use a cap or not and if we should use coaches/scouts or not.
