Can't Download or Export Online League in OOTP20

I'm receiving errors when I try to export or download the league file for my online league in OOTP20. I recently got a new computer and this started when I installed the game on my it... I never had this problem on my old computer and I don't have these issues with my other online league in OOTP21.

I've found some workarounds, which I don't understand. I changed FTP to passive mode which has allowed me to download the league file. I'm able to export, but only after I go into Online League FTP Settings and click Save without actually doing anything.

Please help fix this so I can just play normally. Thanks!

1# What are the exact errors?

2# Did you put the GM_Account.Dat file in Settings folder,and is this the correct file (latest given by your commissioner)

3# Which workarounds dont you understand exactly?> send link

PS: What did the commissioner of your league say about this?

Yeah, as the above post references, this is really one where you'd need to talk to the commish of the league you're in to get the right settings and your game set up correctly.

That's not really something we can help with so much, because the specific settings you need are going to depend on the league you're in.

The downloading seems to work now that I'm in passive mode, but the exporting issue is bizarre.

1) When I try to export, I get the following error: "Could not upload file. Error -202: Upload error"
2) Yes
3) What I described in my original post: exporting works if I first go to Online League > Online League FTP Settings, and then click Save & Close without actually making any changes. I have to do this every time I download a new file. It's the only way the game lets me export.

I've spoken with my commish and we've tried everything he can think of. He suggested I make this original post as he's out of ideas.
