Quick Start like European Soccer

Is there any mod for OOTP 21 that is like how European soccer is run in regards to pro/reg, FA Cup, Champions league. I tried making it myself but has a lot of flaws right now so was looking if one has been made already I could use.

I know that there is one person who is the commissioner of such a league. But he does a lot through spreadsheets. Forgot the name of the person but you can look around in the "online league forum" and try to find a Rel/Pro league / Euro teams.
