Help evaluating my current situation?

Currently newish to OOTP and newer to the stats side of baseball.

I managed to win the World Series with the Mets in my first year. Here is my current standings info.
https://gyazo.com/adc8829e2c406382ea0c1f6703b739f0

Throughout the season I felt my batting was severely underperforming and my offense was carried by Jeff McNeil and Pete Alonso. My defense was lackluster but was carried heavily by my bullpen. My bats did show up for the playoffs through.

https://gyazo.com/b32ba227d76999262ec3053c08985d2c

Here are my current batter stats.
-Originally Nimmo started in Left and bombed the entire season until I picked up Locastro in a trade.

-George Springer I felt did his job for the price(I was only paying him 17mil). He is currently free agent eligible and is asking for 8yrs/28mil per year(which would put him to 39 years old when his contract expires). He was good and was World Series MVP but I definitely do not think he warrants that price tag or eating that big of a contract at that age. Defensively he had a -1.1 ZR which left a lot to be desired.

-JT underperformed batting wise. Im not really sure how he did defensively. But he didn't feel top tier to me. He is in the same boat of extension. He wants a 9yr/ 23-26mil per year contract putting him at 38 when his deal ends(my feelings are the same as they were for Springer)

I need some help bouncing thoughts around.

Jeff McNeil is a monster. He put up a 148 wRC+ this year and is the #1 rated 2B, defensively he hurt my infield. I am in need of a LF anyway, he has experience in that role and LF is the least important defensive position. I feel like defensively he will hurt my team the least there. I have Guillorme on the bench who is a defensive 2B wizard. (Range: 70, Error 75, Arm 60, Turn DP 75, 2B 80) and is a better bat then Locastro/Nimmo

With this being said my outfielders would be

LF: McNeil and Nimmo(who I will probably use as a trade piece as I feel he does not have a place on my team)

CF: IF I do resign Springer it would be for RF. I would like a stronger defensive player in CF.

RF: Springer(If I do resign) vs Conforto. Though Springer underperformed in CF defensively, rating wise I think he can outperform Conforto defensively in right. Springer has is 60 Range/70 Error/65 Arm(compared to Conforto the stats are +5/+15/+5). Bat wise Conforto edges him out slightly.
https://gyazo.com/8f073f856288e51b127920d8f4042231

Outfield would either be
Option A: I think might be best. I am leaning towards letting Springer go, Conforto is younger by 3-4 years and will cost way less.
LF: McNeil
RF: Springer or Conforto(Either letting Springer go or using Conforto as a trade piece if I sign Springer)

Option B: Lets me have both but allows McNeil to be an Infield defensive liability
LF: Conforto
RF: Springer

JD Davis at 3B did appalling defensively 17 Errors, and a -7 ZR. He was average as a bat with a .257 average and 99 wRC+. I think he is a detriment at 3B. I think I am going to trade him

1B: Clearly Pete Alonso
2B:
3B:
SS:
C: I don't think Realmuto is worth signing for that price tag.

My SS/2B choice is the biggest struggle as I have alot of options
https://gyazo.com/bbcf26226c1067740ab5c1b274df3a68

Is Guillorme the better option as a 2B or a SS? He seems to be able to service both roles really nicely.

My options are
2B: Sign a free agent, though there does not seem like any big names(DJ LeMahieu had an underperforming season). Kolten Wong had a 11.7 ZR year and is going to be available.
SS: Guillorme/Rosario/Gimenez. Depending on who I pick I can use Rosario/Guillorme as a trade piece(or both)

2B: Guillorme
SS: Sign a big shortstop like
-Andrelton Simmons(30.6 ZR, 110 wRC+, 306 AVG, 6.6WAR)
-Jose Iglesias(21.5 ZR, 93 wRC+, 282 AVG, 4.5 WAR)
-Francisco Lindor(13.6 ZR, 147 wRC+, .325 AVG, 9.0 WAR)

2B: Guillorme
SS: Rosario/Gimenez(Use Rosario as a trade piece if I pick Gimenez)

Rosario is valuable on the trade market. I can use him as well to possibly grab one of the 2 3B

-Matt Chapman(.228 AVG, 96 wRC+(slight downgrade from Davis offensively) but had a 21.9 ZR(started in 158G)
-Alex Bregman(.285 AVG, 139 wRC+(huge offensive upgrade) and a 2.0 ZR(defensive upgrade from JD but not as huge of an upgrade defensively like Chapman would be)

Potentially my infield could look like this if I trade Rosario
1B: Alonso
2B: Guillorme
SS: Big Free Agent or Gimenez
3B: Chapman/Bregman
C: Ali Sanchez(who is very good defensively) maybe resign Realmuto for a few years or pick up Austin Hedges(since he is cheap)

Sorry if this is a long rambly post but it helps me personally writing my ideas down as well as appreciate everyones feedback(since I am still rather new)

For budget btw it is massive. I have a $248m budget and am only spending $97.4million this year. So I can afford to spend on a few big names/big short term contracts.

Could you please share your Positional Rankings screen?

As well as your Pitching Staff and Lineups screen?

I may be able to give some suggestions.

Here are my positional rankings

Pitching Staff
https://gyazo.com/cb24d178dd2cf939b602e8cb7cd3adb0

For pitching I am going to make some big rotation/bullpen changes

Rotation for opening day I am planning to be
1. deGrom
2. Stroman
3. Thor
4. Going to try and sign a big FA Starter
5. Possibly Chris Archer( I have a T Option for 11mil for him) or Michael Wacha(who is injured currently) who is a 55/40/45 pitcher with 4 good pitches

Most of the bullpen is going to be changed. Next year I plan on keeping
Josh Hader( he performed well but was out for 3 months due to a back issue)
Betances
Lugo

Are all my elite relievers
Going to keep David Peterson(since he can develop into a SP and has Minor league options)
Going to keep Daniel Zamora(since he is young as has potential)
Might keep Gsellman

Going to shop around for stronger RP options for the bullpen.

Besides changes you mentioned in your last post on the pitching side, I would probably:
1) Try to sign a LF + possibly draft a few
2) Try to sign a 3B + possibly draft a few

Beside that, I suggest you go with what may be available on the market.

I've had some success having 1-3 SP depending on their skills in the bullpen as extras in case of injury and long-relief. If an injury occurs, you could push one as a replacement.
