Penalties are not delayed

I only played 2 exhibition games so far but I noticed that the penalties are not delayed when the non-offending team has control of the puck.

I'm attaching two examples from my 2nd game. You can see that the team called for the penalty doesn't have control of the puck. I had at least 3 similar cases on my first game.

Despite that I really enjoy the new 2D engine. It's a great addition to the game.

Yeah, something's not looking quite right there. There is a delayed penalty system in the 2D engine, I'll see why it's not being used at the right time.
