Highlighting Rows

I would find it incredibly helpful if a row of information would automatically highlight to a different shade when hovering over it with your mouse. For example, when looking at your list of hitters and their statistics on your roster page, you could hover over a row, and that row would highlight automatically so that you could more easily see the statistics that correspond to that player.

Is there a setting or skin that allows this already? I've been playing since OOTP14 or so and I could've sworn this was a thing at some point in time.

Right, that's what I can't get it to do. I do need to amend my original post (I feel dumb now), once I switch to classic or dark skin, it works fine. My preference though is "ootp light" and that's where it doesn't do it.
