PT Pack Open Animations

Is anyone else having pack opening animation problems. I am only seeing the unopened pack and then when I click on the area the cards would normally be, I can see the card info pop up. I can't see the card itself but I can see the name and ratings.

There are a few reasons this could be happening, mostly related to video card issues or maybe an incomplete install of the game.

The quickest way to get things sorted out will be if you go ahead and fill out a support ticket so the tech support guys can help you out.
