international training facility
Just wondering how people approach this an determine when to do something with one of these players like move them up in your system? Not much seems to go on down there.

I never leave them in the IC. No matter what league I'm in I find they always develop slower there and are more likely to bust. In fact I pretty much built multiple 700 wpct teams in online leagues taking advantage of this and signing iafa talent, promoting them even at age 16. Other teams who had iafa from the same time were not nearly as developed whereas my guys were debuting at age 19-21.
You build your team how you want but I'll never leave a good prospect in the IC, ever. I find the players who stay in the IC develop significantly slower. Last edited by ThePretender; 11-25-2020 at 04:18 PM. |
