League Heading to 1994 With 1 Opening

Our 90s Ball League has one openings. We started in 1990 and we have these unique rules:

Following MLB history with a couple of twists:
-3 Year Recalc is On (except stamina/fielding)
-8 teams in each league make playoffs every year to give everyone reason to stay interested
-All non-playoff teams are entered into an equal chance lottery to prevent tanking
-"NFL" based financial system with hard salary cap and 100% sharing of income so that all teams are on same financial ground each season. Much easier for beginners and prevents small market/big market disparities.

The San Francisco Giants are open:

They are currently in the playoffs at 89-73, and have quite a few solid pieces.
