FTL Looking for 4 new GMS for start of 2021 season, active competitive league with prizes

We are in the offseason of our first full season, due to time commitments we had a few GMs drop out and we would like to fill these spots before starting on the new season

This league uses a buyin system through leaguesafe and has prizes awarded at the end of every year, we sim DAILY in 3-4 day increments during the regular season

Available teams are:
-SF Giants: in a rebuild, good talent in farm system including a recently signed international pitcher and #1 pick in upcoming draft, can start off with one of Rocker,Leto,Leiter
-Cleveland Indians: this team won 96 games in 2020 and made the playoffs, the 2020 team is mostly intact - the stars Ramirez, Bieber and Lindor are still there. Decisions await on whether to resign or trade Lindor. Farm has some nice pieces including Nolan Jones and Trevor Larnach

● Player Rating Scales. 20 to 80 scale. Overall ratings and potential overall ratings will be shown. All ratings are displayed relative to Major League Baseball.

● Scouting Settings. Complete scouting system is on. Scouting accuracy is set at normal.

- PLEASE NOTE – Each GM will be allow to “customize” their scout. Your scout will start with a baseline of all 4 categories having a “good” rating. You will be allowed 6 “points” to upgrade these categories as your needs fit. These ratings can be changed one time each offseason to fit your changing needs.

● Coaching Staff Settings. Coaching system is OFF. Owner goals are ON. Owner will set the budget, but you cannot be fired.

● Player Development Settings. Aging speeds will be set to .980 and development speeds will be left at the default of 1.000. Talent Change Randomness will be set to 105.

● Player Injury, Fatigue & Suspensions. Injury frequency will be set to low with no delayed injury diagnosis. Position player fatigue is set to average.

Suspensions are enabled at the normal frequency.

● Player Evaluation AI Settings. Ratings/Current Year Stats/Previous Year Stats/Two Years Ago Stats Weight: 50/25/15/10 ● Yearly Inflation. Yearly inflation will be set to 0-1%.
