Purchased license thinking it would work for Linux and it does not

I just got OOTP 21 for Ubuntu (Linux) and purchased a license key but upon entering it kept getting errors. After doing some troubleshooting, I found that I bought a PC/MAC license, which doesn't work on Linux.

Now when I navigated through the OOTP 21 website to purchase the correct Linux license it sends me to:
https://www.pisd.co.uk/sgo/webstore/browse?,,showapp,24

You can see there is no way to buy anything from this page. It says 'Coming Soon...' at the bottom and shows a copyright from 1994-2016. Thought that was kind of weird.

Can anyone assist in helping me:

a) get a refund for the license I bought (or switch out the PC/Mac one for a Linux one, if that's possible)

or

b) just purchase a Linux license

Hey Amazin,

It may be that you purchase a MAC/PC key by mistake and those won't work for the linux version which uses a different license key. Can you DM me the license key you purchased and i'll get you swapped over and working with a linux key.

I think I just did the same thing. I'd love it if someone could help me switch my key to work with Linux!
