Moving Teams within Leagues

If I have a couple leagues and want to move teams within them, do I need to edit the league structure for more space, or will the leagues automatically adjust after the move to fit the new team numbers?

If you're moving teams around don't worry about how many are in what division until you're done making your changes. Make sure you generate a new schedule.

Thanks. I am playing around with "what if MLB imploded after the 1994 strike". I am thinking about realigning the MLB, AAA and AA teams into a promotion-relegation format. I did something similar earlier in the year, no pro-rel, but 4 leagues in an association, but wasn't happy with it, then REALLY messed things up when it tried to expand the leagues and messed up the expansion draft.

Going to try something different this time.

Will do my best to remember to create backups this time, at a couple of points, that will let me tinker, without screwing up and starting from scratch again.
